Since first opening our doors in 2010, Grow Land, LLC has grown to become one of the most well respected landscape management companies throughout the Phoenix valley. Servicing a multitude of high profile customers including property management firms, commercial and industrial properties, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, churches, and residential homes, we know what it takes to make properties stand out.

From our landscape management division to our landscape enhancements, new construction and bocce court divisions, we are proud to offer our clients all the services required to keep their outdoor spaces looking immaculate, no matter the season. We take the time to understand the unique needs and vision of each of our clients and work hard to provide landscapes that exceed their expectations.  Our service is as impressive as the properties we serve.

We are a K-21 licensed contractor in the State of Arizona (AZ ROC 268417) and are bonded and insured for your protection. We provide our team members with ongoing safety programs & and access to industry training and certification programs.

Our Leadership

With 37 years working in the Arizona Landscape Industry, you can rest assured the Grow Land Leadership Team has the experience you are looking for to manage all of your landscaping needs. Following is a list of our key individuals:

Greg Rowland – Working in the Phoenix landscape industry for over 30 years, Greg brings a unique blend of hands on experience and business acumen to the market.

Born and raised in the farmlands of Missouri, Greg developed his Midwestern values of hard work, respect, and treating others the way he would want to be treated at an early age. These values are the foundation of the business and reflect the individuals who work here. After moving to Phoenix, Greg attended and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics and an emphasis in Accounting.

Chris Cooper – Director of Maintenance and Tree Services – Chris grew up in Tucson and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Marketing. He has two kids at the University of Arizona and could not be more proud of them.  Growing up, Chris worked in the family business, where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of good customer communications.

Chris has been in the landscape industry since 2003. He started and ran his own landscape company, focusing on commercial maintenance and residential installations.  With a staff of 29, he serviced up to 52 properties every week.  Most recently, Chris worked for Caretaker Landscaping, where he was the Director of Maintenance for Scottsdale and the entire West Valley.  Chris oversaw a 49-maintenance employee staff and managed over $3M in annual maintenance, irrigation and landscape enhancement services.
